Those trees,
That bird,
This path.

Seen and unseen,
Largest and tiniest,
Fastest and slowest,
Fixed and moving—
Everything is meditating.

In this very moment,
Everything is meditating.

One sees it—
Everything is meditating.
One doesn’t see it—
Everything is meditating.

There is nothing but meditating.
